Why I Document
When I started building ArthorAI, I realized there was a gap in the startup world. Most founder content is either highly polished success stories or vague platitudes about the grind. Neither tells you what it is actually like to build something from scratch.
So I decided to document everything - the daily work, the monthly metrics, the strategic decisions, and yes, the failures too. This site is my attempt to provide the kind of transparency I wish I had when I started.
